Where are the pirate penguins extra island?

Basically, i thought that when we were getting the 2.0, on wednesdays we could get the pirate penguins easily on the extra island. Then, this moorning when i went to take a look at it, i saw that we still have only the rookie so, someone knows what happen with the pirate penguins extra island??

This should probably be in the Question and Answer section, but I'm speculating that Pirate Penguins (Veteran?) will be available in the coming weeks because Edward Newgate requires a Rainbow Pirate Penguin to evolve.

They might release a veteran island since they have started doing it with other days and also all the whitebeard pirates require a pirate penguin to evolve which is a good deal of new characters. Rainbow pirate penguin really isn't important until they do that special rainbow dragon event since he is also needed for all the sugofest exclusives such as rayleigh and newgate. Hope they do release it in near future since they seem to be getting released along with a gem for clearing.

Edit: Might take as long as whenever alabasta is released since crocodile is the first story mode unit that needs rainbow pirate penguin (I think), hope that isn't the case.

I was hoping to get some pirate penguins on etra island, I guess i'll have to farm loguetown/twin cape xD

That is probably your best option.
