New, please help me with team build

Hello. I started playing this awesome game last week. I would like some help buildig the best team. This is what I got so far:

Focus on leveling/evolving the balloon luffy as g3 luffy team is one of the best in the game and will remain so for... at least another year.

With that in mind I would suggest running him with zoro (try to get him to asura zoro as that is a really good damager), kuro (possibly swap with ace if you start leveling him up to make a QCK team plus he's cooler), and Usopp GP.

For your final member it would be best to utilize this as a flex pick that you will swap around based on preference and whatever type the fortnight boss is. For this current event I would go with shanks.

You could also try running a psy team with all of your psy units and marco captain but coby is just so darn weak I wouldn't suggest it. If you can get one more decent psy unit a double marco team would be really good, especially with this current fortnight.

The only thing I would add is that maxing Ace lvl to 70 AND evolving him may be too arduous, plus he is not known for his attack stat but great captain ability for QCK team. What I'm trying to say is that utilizing Ace can be a side project, rather than the main one. Like pank said, evolving balloon luffy should be the first step, then zoro.

I also would like to say don't really bother with G2 Luffy. He has slightly higher attack stat than G3, but since G3 is a great captain, there is almost no use for G2 Luffy. And with Blamenco released, G2 is not even a good STR team captain anymore.

As for INT character for your G3 team, I personally like Mr 3 for his special and he gets great attack stat when evolved, but Nico Robin will be more useful in the long-run, if you ever want to explore INT team. Krieg has great Attack stat, but I don't see a lot of players use him since his special is kind of useless.

Didn't even think to mention that there is no point in leveling up g2 luffy since you can't use both luffys at same time. Guess I should have considered that since you are new to the game.

Thanks for the info guys. Yeah I already noticed that I can't use the same character on a team. What about a team with Marcos a leader? I tested one and if HP is full the dmg is crazy. But I guess G3 Luffy is my frst goal. I tons of evolution mats but no exp boosters

Double marco and then a pure damage team is also very good, just make sure you don't use it on any of the fortnight/stories/raids that have pre-emptives (for example mihawk's raid will have a pre-emptive strike of 2k damage on 3rd stage and 5k on final stage). As that will decimate your team. Of course you do have a full heal but it has an ungodly 30 turn cooldown which you can't really stall for as that causes you will have to take damage in order to wait 30 turns.

Got G3 Luffy Now. Also got Al vida (3*)

So what do you want advice on? Mihawk (you are probably too underleveled for a non-laboon comp) or just what to go down the road?

What should I focus on Now (who to evo next)? Should I try to farm Laboon and Vivi for Mihawk? Thanks a lot for tour help pank.

Yeah unfortunately you don't have a good enough str team to handle mihawk so farming laboon is your best method.

Now if you can get your team up to this point before the raid you will be able to take mihawk without zombie:

G3 Luffy (yours) 25
Guest G3 Luffy - 70
Kuroobi - 10
GP Usopp - 23
Alvida (evolved) - 20
Arm Pt Chopper - 21

This team if done with all perfects on a 1.2x going merry will deal 337192 damage a turn against mihawk and using alvida you will have 5 turns to take him down. With this amount you will have some wiggle room against 40 stamina mihawk (you will decimate 30 stamina).

If you would like to mess with some numbers feel free to use the damage calculator I created, instructions and link here.

If that amount isn't feasible for your then I suggest you focus on farming up laboon.

Got some nice summons today. New recruits are lvl 21 Smooth Smooth Fruit Al vida (4*)!!!! , lvl 5 Smoker, Nez palm Cannon (3*) and some more. So my team should look like this:

Lvl 10 Kuroobi (should I use Sanji or Zoro instead?)

If you have a high level g3 friend captain you can manage. I would level up the kuroobi some as he has great stat gains per level. Odds are he will deal more to mihawk than your sanji or zoro as he deals double damage.
