how to save belies

There is a little tactic that I do for all the simple soldier drops. I power up the same soldier at lower level which cost less and bring them up to level 15-20 before using them to power up the character that I want. I am aware that you might get less xp this way, but you will end up with saving so much belies.

My point: don't use low level character to power up your level 70+ character, all your belies will be gone very quickly.
