Crashing on start up, is there a fix? Empty Crashing on start up, is there a fix?

So starting up the game is fine until i hit start and it connects to the servers then it just crashes. This also happens when i try to hit support and repair

now I have already restarted my phone. Uninstalled the app and reinstalled ( without realizing i would lose everything...)

have latest updates and everything but it still crashes i just hit the 15 day mark of playing this game and this happens.

does anyone know of a way to fix this?
